As nerdy as wizards are made up to be in #dnd and similar games - they never do their own studies, they just copy the notes from better classmates.

I'd like to remind ya'll that Noctis did almost the exact same thing as No Man's Sky back in 2000.... on DOS... as a one person freeware project. And made it very clear from the start that it was a meditative intergalactic sight seeing tour game. anynowhere.com/bb/layout/html/

🍑< \ say INDIGENOUS NATIONS FIGHTING FOR THE END OF SETTLER COLONIALISM AND FIGHTING FOR SELF-DETERMINATION ARE NOT THE SAME AS WESTERN NATION-STATES AT ALL first

other people: deathly afraid of how awkward it is to call someone who isn't your parent "mom" or "dad" unironically

kat: calls like 30 different people mom and you never know how serious she is or isnt being

gimme dat big dumb unwieldly paddle of a sword preferably wielded by a cute girl

Also, I will make a statement here: Clone characters aren't actually bad, and I actually relish their presences in games, specially when they use subtle differences to give those characters an interesting dynamic compared to their main counterpart. See my love for Battle Arena Toshinden 3. A game where half of the cast are just clones of the other half, mercenaries contracted to kill the main cast by the villain. It has a plot reason for everyone being clones. It is so fun.

But flumphs I love almost on principle because it's basically the first and only monster that doesn't exist to just murder you. It's just there. And weird. And harmless. And cute. And somehow that's rare because D&D is actually really boring.

If you don't like flumphs, you're a terrible Dungeon Master.
