anyway I have finally succeeded in adding .gif -> .mp4 conversion into the McMeme Iibrary cleaning script so thank jesus that was more convoluted than necessary
anyway expect more animated meme content in the future now that 8MB is no longer a hard limit for gifs that i can toss into the library
so now you all get to see the gif thar prompted all this
